By placing an order with Cursus Collective, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions. These, along with our Shipping & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable) unless otherwise specified.

  • The total price (including shipping/handling) will be displayed at checkout and must be paid in full before order processing begins.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment methods must comply with applicable regulations.

Consumer Guarantees & Legal Rights

  • Our products and services are subject to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers have the right to a refund, repair or replacement if a product is faulty, doesn’t match its description, is unsafe, or not fit for purpose.
