No Bake Chocolate Protein Balls

Naturally sweet, chewy and great pre- or post-run, these chocolate protein balls are made for runners who want a treat that actually supports their training. Sweetened with dates and packed with Cursus Collective Chocolate Protein, they deliver easy energy before a run and quality protein to aid recovery after. No refined sugar, no unnecessary extras, just simple ingredients that taste good, feel good and fit effortlessly into a balanced running routine.

Makes: 12–14 balls
Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Method

  1. Add dates to a food processor and blend until they form a thick paste.

  2. Add oats, protein powder, cocoa, nut butter and salt.

  3. Pulse until the mixture comes together. If it feels dry, add water or almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.

  4. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

Why this works

  • Dates give natural sweetness and chew without sugars or syrups

  • Oats provide slow-release carbs

  • Protein supports recovery without overpowering the flavour
