Naturally sweet, chewy and great pre- or post-run, these chocolate protein balls are made for runners who want a treat that actually supports their training. Sweetened with dates and packed with Cursus Collective Chocolate Protein, they deliver easy energy before a run and quality protein to aid recovery after. No refined sugar, no unnecessary extras, just simple ingredients that taste good, feel good and fit effortlessly into a balanced running routine.

Ingredients

1 cup pitted dates

1 cup rolled oats

1 scoop Cursus Collective 100% Natural Lean Chocolate Protein

¼ cup almond or peanut butter

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1–2 tbsp water or almond milk (if necessary)

Pinch of sea salt
Method

Add dates to a food processor and blend until they form a thick paste.

Add oats, protein powder, cocoa, nut butter and salt.

Pulse until the mixture comes together. If it feels dry, add water or almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.

Roll into balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
